A custom site with an admin panel and a listings feed that pulls from the MLS every fifteen minutes: mapped, upserted, photographs downloaded and cached locally because hotlinking is not allowed, and delisted properties…

Questions we hear

One price, agreed before we build. You own the code. Support afterward is optional.

Can it use our existing data?

Yes. Most dashboards read from what you already run. Nothing has to be re-entered.

Power BI or custom?

If the data is already clean, a BI tool may be enough and we will say so. Custom pays off when the numbers need logic the tool cannot hold.

What happens after launch?

It is yours. Keep it as it is, change it yourself, or hire anyone to work on it. If you want us to keep adding to it, we offer an optional monthly retainer. Nothing is required.
